We founded Food Staff Salinas in 2019 with a single focus – to provide highly trained staff in key positions for food processors and agricultural manufacturers.
Our roots run deep in these sectors. We understand and appreciate the needs of both workers and operators. We are business owners ourselves and we know the cost of not having the work done correctly or safely. So, we took our experience in agriculture manufacturing and food safety to offer a better trained staffing solution for food processors and manufacturers.

Felicia Loo specializes in assisting food businesses to build and implement food safety programs efficiently and effectively. Experience with food safety and regulatory programs including SQF, ISO 2200, Primus GFS, Organic, Kosher and Health Canada (Natural Health Product).
She works with clients to develop food fraud & food defense programs, environmental monitoring programs, and food safety & GMP training programs for staff and management.
She is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a BSc. Food Science with a minor in Commerce. Her work spans a wide range of small and medium-sized food businesses including natural health products, bakeries, desserts, confectionery, fruit juice production, and fresh produce.
Hazel Reyes as a young woman finished her university studies in Education to become a teacher. She has given a special performance in leadership, which she developed thanks to her teaching experience. She possesses many fine qualities such as discipline, teamwork, good communication, and a belief in hard work.
In her job performance, she has continued to flourish in Community Management, generating growth and interaction in social networks, while solving common problems, securing appointments and engaging in sales. She has experience in business virtual assistance and has managed groups of people at the training level, without neglecting her own profession. Her most recent work is the recruitment of candidates for food manufacturing / processing plant facilities. Hazel's motto is, "Every day you can learn and grow."
